11/22 - Whole Fitness Workout (formerly Crimson Fitness)

Come join us for a FREE community workout with Whole Fitness at 9:00AM on Saturday, November 22nd in the Fleet Feet Round Rock parking lot.  This functional boot-camp styled workout will begin with form instruction and incorporate both body weight and weighted exercises utilizing medicine balls, kettle bells, and barbells.  The class is designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and endurance...we can't wait to see you there!

Whole Fitness is a local gym emphasizing functional physical fitness while also promoting development in the domains of emotional, relational, and spiritual fitness, thereby developing a "whole" fitness.
