2020 Winter Fleet Feet Run Club- Walk Fit

Program Start: Tuesday, January 21st @ 6:30 PM
Program Schedule: Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 7am
Goal Race: TBA
Program Fee: $75 excluding race fee
Description: WalkFIT Beginner - WalkFIT Beginner is perfect for those who have no desire to run, but still want to be active and healthy. A supportive and trained coach will help participants adopt a regular walking routine and assist them in meeting new fitness partners along the way. Participants will be encouraged and prepared to walk a 5K at the end of the training program The informational meeting will be held on Thursday, January 16th @ 6:45 PM Training will start Tuesday, January 21st @ 6:30 PM Training will be held every Tuesday night at 6:30 PM and Saturday mornings at 7:00 AM. 2020 Winter Fleet Feet Run Club- No Boundaries 5k

Program Start: January 21st @ 6:30 PM
Program Schedule: Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 7am

Description: t's not about completing your first 5K or committing to the training. It's about changing your mindset, adjusting your lifestyle and becoming the best version of yourself. This is not a 'couch to 5K' program you find in the App Store. Fleet Feet Running Club is designed to motivate, educate, and inspire those to do something they previously thought was impossible - complete a 5K. We do that through our incredible Coaches and Mentors who have also been participants and know what it takes to be successful. Yes, you will finish a 5K but we know the true accomplishment of Fleet Feet Running Club is the commitment you will make to yourself - to live a healthier and more fit lifestyle. And that is something that will reward you for a lifetime! Description: Fast 5K: Designed for 5K runners. Our Fast program will challenge participants to reach faster 5K times. Speed and hill work will be added to the traditional 5K schedule to give participants the next step in training. The informational meeting will be held on Thursday, January 16th @ 6:45 PM Training will start Tuesday, January 21st @ 6:30 PM Training will be held every Tuesday night at 6:30 PM and Saturday mornings at 7:00 AM. Description: Finish 10K: Award-winning, beginner-level 10K Training Program designed for beginner runners and those who are inactive to minimally active. 12-week week program designed to help you run or walk and finish a 10K. The informational meeting will be held on Thursday, January 16th @ 6:45 PM Training will start Tuesday, January 21th @ 6:30 PM Training will be held every Tuesday night at 6:30 PM and Saturday mornings at 7:00 AM.
