This is not a "couch to 5K" program you find in the App Store. Fleet Feet Running Club is designed to motivate, educate, and inspire those to do something they previously thought was impossible - complete a 5K. We do that through our incredible Coach's and Mentors who have also been participants and know what it takes to be successful.
Yes, you will finish a 5K but we know the true accomplishment of Fleet Feet Running Club is the commitment you will make to yourself - to live a healthier and more fit lifestyle. And that is something that will reward you for a lifetime!

How to earn the Fleet Feet Running Club Badge
1.) Attend 75% of the Training workouts
The information meeting will be held Tuesday, June 5th @ 6:45 PM
Training begins Tuesday, June 12th @ 6:30 PM
Training will be held on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm and Saturday mornings at 7:00 am.
