10 Mile Training Program - August 2015

The 10 mile training program is designed for people who are currently running 3 to 5 miles on a consistent basis. All paces are welcomed. Along the way, we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, weekly group training runs, and educational clinics.  We will cover topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and injury prevention.

Weekly training runs will be at 6:00pm on Tuesdays and 7:00am on Saturdays starting Tuesday August 18th

We will host informational meeting on Tuesday, August 11th at 6:45pm. Info meeting will be held at the store. 

The goal race is the Run For The Water 10 Miler and will be held on Saturday November 1st. Click here for more info on The Run For The Water.
